Through IQC's secure web portal all incoming electronic PHI is automatically stored and backed up and can only be accessed by certain authorized staff. In addition any PHI received by mail or fax will be dealt with securely by our fully comprehensive team of HIPAA trained administrators.
We invest heavily in our employees and ensure that all our staff members maintain and exceed HIPAA standards through the successful completion of compliance courses.
Collection Services Agreement - IQC will provide each client with a collections services agreement, which highlights the terms and conditions, services, and relationships between our clients and ourselves.
Business Associate Agreement - Most clients prefer to use their own approved BAA's in order to allow IQC access to relevant PHI information to start the collection process. In the event that your organization doesn't have a BAA, IQC will be happy to provide you with our own.
